Key Responsibilities

Research Support and Technical Assistance
 

  • Assist in executing experimental protocols to investigate new materials and improve energy storage efficiency.

  • Provide technical support in drafting plans, preparing schematics, and documenting experimental setups.

  • Conduct site-based measurements and data collection to support prototype development.

     

Prototype Development and Testing
 

  • Support the design and modeling of prototype components using CAD and simulation software.

  • Assist in assembling and testing prototypes under controlled conditions.

  • Record and organize test procedures, results, and modifications for iterative improvement.

     

Computational Tools and Data Analysis
 

  • Use computational tools to visualize and model component behaviors.

  • Apply basic data analysis techniques to identify trends and support optimization efforts.

  • Integrate experimental data into technical workflows for system efficiency improvements.

     

Technical Communication
 

  • Contribute to technical reports summarizing experimental outcomes and key findings.

  • Assist in preparing documentation to share research progress and internal learning resources.

  • Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to translate findings into practical applications.

Required Education
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Green Technology, or related applied science/engineering disciplines.

     

Important Skills
 

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and familiarity with simulation platforms.

  • Applied Experimentation: Experience in laboratory or site-based technical work related to electricity and battery.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including data analysis tools and modeling software.

  • Microsoft Office: Competence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.

  • Language Abilities: Good command of both Chinese and English; Cantonese speaker preferred.
