Our company specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of solar power systems, including our innovative CdTe Solar Glass Panels — we are one of the few vendors of this product in Hong Kong. We are committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions that are both cost-effective and environmentally responsible. Our professional team takes pride in offering high-quality, customized solar solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each project.
Beyond our core services, we strictly adhere to a range of international standards and guidelines. We follow the recommendations of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IREA) and the International Energy Agency (IEA) for the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic panels and power equipment systems.
Additionally, we comply with the design and installation standards set by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for electrical systems, ensuring that every project meets the highest levels of safety and performance.
Our team of engineers and technicians is trained and certified to work in full compliance with these standards, ensuring the highest levels of safety and reliability across every project.
Furthermore, our products are developed with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in mind. By installing solar panels and reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources, we actively contribute to SDG 7 — Affordable and Clean Energy. We also promote environmental sustainability by lowering carbon emissions, supporting SDG 13 — Climate Action.
In addition to the international certifications granted through our manufacturing partner in China, we have also conducted tests at a renowned laboratory in Hong Kong. Across all tests performed locally, our laminated glass fully meets the Building Department (BD) requirements for laminated glass as set out in the Code of Practice.

Management team
Jonathan comes from a multicultural family background and possesses extensive international business networks. He has been actively involved in green technology products since 2008. He currently serves as a member of the Legislative Council, representing the Commercial (First) Functional Constituency. He was also Chairman of the Asia, Africa and Middle East Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (2022–2024), and holds leadership roles in other renowned business associations.

Dr. Celeste Lai serves as a Technical Advisor at A-Grade Energy Limited, where her primary role is to support the group in developing renewable energy solutions — spanning both energy collection and energy storage systems.

He holds both his MPhil and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Jeffrey Lam, GBM, GBS, JP, is the Managing Director of Forward Winsome Industries Limited. He has served as a member of both the Executive Council and the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is also a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2011 and the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2023.
He serves as Strategic Advisor to the President of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and was formerly Chairman of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Committee under the Food and Health Bureau of the Government Secretariat, HKSAR.
